These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between [PHOTOGRAPHER NAME] ("Photographer") and the client ("Client") when booking photography services through this website. By submitting an inquiry or booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

Booking and Deposit

Cancellations and Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to fulfill the booking due to illness, injury, or emergency, we will make every effort to find a qualified replacement photographer of similar style. If no suitable replacement can be found, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.

Image Delivery

The exact number of images delivered may vary depending on the length and nature of the session. The Photographer reserves the right to curate the final gallery and select the images delivered.

The Client receives a personal print release allowing them to print and share their images for personal, non-commercial use. The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from their session for portfolio, website, social media, blog, and other promotional purposes. If the Client prefers their images not be shared publicly, they must notify the Photographer in writing prior to the session date. The Photographer will honor all reasonable privacy requests.

Limitation of Liability

The Photographer will make every effort to deliver the agreed services to the highest standard. In the event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside the Photographer's control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received. The Photographer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Notify the Photographer of any schedule changes as early as possible

• Ensure the Photographer has reasonable access to all relevant locations and spaces during the session

• Treat the Photographer and their equipment with respect throughout the session
